Who would have thought that Tomb Raider Lady Lara Croft would be seen here actually wearing a dress. Get a good look, cause she wasn't happy about this shot. She is quoted as saying, "I look better with two guns and tight shorts."
Even though I started this before the Tomb Raider film, the scene at the end sealed the concept in my mind. For those that say this doesn't look like Angelina Jolie, it's not supposed to. It's modeled after the original (and my favorite) Lara Croft, Rhona Mitra.
Lara was handpainted from scratch (in photoshop) on a white canvas and then merged in with the background and frame that were rendered in Vue. Painter was used for some small touchups and blending.
